Wagga Motors Pty Ltd has been controlled by the Braid family for some 50 years. The late JC (Jim) Braid acquired the Fitzmaurice Street Dealership in May 1950. Under the guidance of Jim's sons, Gordon and John, the Dealership has continued with its family tradition, nurturing Richard and Scott, Gordon and John's sons respectively, into the operation and management of the the business.

Wagga Motors Pty Ltd was founded on the principle that the public is entitled to the best service possible in satisfying its motoring requirements, and over the 50 years not much has changed, the current Braid family members pride themselves on offering the best customer service in the industry.

The Dealership at Dobney Avenue occupies just under 5 acres and has more than 90 local people on staff and is franchised to sell the full range of Holden Passenger and Light Commercials, Isuzu Trucks, Honda, Mercedes Benz Passenger and Light Commercials, as well as Volvo and Mack Trucks.

John and Gordon Braid are proud to have continued the tradition their father started 50 years ago, and know their sons will continue long after them. They have kept in step and always led the way in the local motoring industry with their customers needs, and plan to continue investing and improving as each year goes by.
