Country Cars accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from reliance on vehicle data or valuations on this Platform.

AI Features

We may offer features that use artificial intelligence. By using these features you acknowledge that:

• outputs are generated automatically and have not been individually reviewed by Country Cars;
• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or misleading;
• you are responsible for evaluating whether any Content, AI-generated or otherwise, is appropriate and accurate for your purposes.

Where AI features are powered by a third-party provider, your use may also be subject to that provider's terms of use and privacy policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Victorian courts for any dispute arising under or related to these Terms.
